Provider to provider - let's be real. What you really want to know is are participants safe with us. Are they well looked after. Are we building their capacity. Do we notice the little things. The answer to all of the above is 'yes'.

We're passionate about high quality service provision. We utilise strengths-based, inclusive and responsive practices and we listen... A lot. We listen to our staff, our participants and our communities, it helps us get it right, or fix it if we don't get it right.

We know that the NDIS and changes around it can cause great distress and anxiety to participants, family and the community, and we know that collaborative practice and whole-of-community approaches provide part of the solution.
